if I have a sunglow male and two tangerine hypo albino females (not baldy and no carrot tail, one has 8 spots and the other 1 spot on her back), would there be any chances for some of the babies to be sunglows?

A sunglow is a hypo tangerine albino. If your females are tangerine hypo albinos then they are sunglows and all the offspring you will get will be sunglows - as long as they are all the same kind of albino (i.e. Tremper, Bell or Rainwater). IMO, if you don't know if they are the same kind of albino or not you should not be breeding them.

The fact that you said the females have spots makes me question if they are albino - are the spots black? If so they are not albinos and would not produce sunglows unless they are het for albino. The only way to know if they are het or not would be to contact the breeder you got them from and ask about the parents, grandparents, etc.

no... a sunglow is a super hypo carrot tail baldy tangerine albino. the females are just hypo tangerine albinos.
here's a picture of one of them. the guy selling doesn't know morphs.

Those spots look too dark to me to be albino. Spots on an albino tend to be a purple color. Do you have an eye picture? If the guy selling them doesn't know their backgrounds I wouldn't buy them for breeding purposes.

well i have a tremper albino breeding family and one of the tremper females has spots of exactly the same colour. i also have a non albino super hypo and if you ask me, my money would be on albino. anyway the guy is selling 3 females for 61 dollars. the other two look the same but with more spots on their backs, one of them has lighter coloured spots. i'm going to take your advice and ask for some eye shots to be sure. so, in case they are albinos, would some of the babies also inherit the baldy, sh, carrot tail traits?

I only have rainwaters with dark markings and they're really light so I can't say for sure that they're not albinos but if you google pictures of bold striped bells and trempers the black markings look quite a bit lighter to me. It could just be the lighting the picture was taken in or some other reason though. I think seeing an eye shot - just to be sure - would be a really good idea.

Baldy and carrot tail are polygeneic traits so babies would show varying degrees of them. Line breeding those with fewer spot or more CT would enhance that trait. Super hypo is 2x the hypo gene so 50% would be super hypo and 50% would be hypo if the parents are super hypo and hypo.

If they are albinos - do you know which kind of albino? Its a pretty big faux pas in the leo world to mix the strains. If there is a chance they are different or the girls have a second type in their background I would not breed them. If they are not Tremper albino and you breed them to one you will get normal colored geckos (or hypos if they are both hypo)

i know that different types of albinos are not compatible. i've sent the seller an email to see what he knows about them. i'll update the information and maybe an eye shot (if he'll send me one). thank you for your answers :D

it appears that the pictures he posted were a bit older. he sent me some recent photos of the geckos. the one on the left is the same with the one in the first picture. i saw the website of the breeder and saw that the guy was just breeding trempers... lucky me :D
