I have a clarification question! So I know that Sunglow is albino SHTCT, right? And RAPTORs are Eclipse Tremper stripe reverse stripe tang, right? So is a Sunglow RAPTOR just a RAPTOR that also is a super hypo CT?

Now you have me thinking, Stacy... As far as I can tell, Sunglow RAPTORs are RAPTORs that also have a carrot tail? Pretty sure the "patternless stripe" part of RAPTOR takes care of the "super hypo" part of Sunglow.

RAPTORS Are Red Eyed Albino Patternless Tangerine Orange. The patternless comes from ron using the stripe and reverse stripe to make a patternless stripe. Sunglows are superhypo tangerine carrot tail albinos. Some people say it just has to be SHT and albino, some peole say just SH and albino, but most refer to these as a hybino. The idea with sunglow raptors is to get the beautiful bright orange carrot tail and color of a sunglow with the pattern and the red eyes of a raptor. The only problem I've had is making the patterns like reverse stripe *I'm currently working with a nice project for reverse stripe sunglow raptors* to last into adulthood. The super hypo from the sunglow genes seems to over take the pattern on most of mine and turn them almost solid orange. This is why I'm trying to figure out if I should breed the sunglow aptors to a raptor to get the red eyes and hopefully some pattern. I think if i breed 2 sunglow aptors together and make them 50/50 sunglow and raptor blood, the super hypo will overpower any pattern. The reason I call them sunglow aptors is because RT says when you breed a sunglow and raptor you're creating double hets for sunglow and raptor. Hope this helps.

P.S. Ill be holding back 2 sunglow aptor Females. One ill breed to another sunglow aptor male. and the other I will breed to a raptor. So the resulting offspring will be 50% raptor blood / 50% sunglow blood Sunglow raptor babies.

The next set from the raptor father will be 75% raptor blood / 25% Sunglow blood, Sunglow raptor babies.

Nice Gecko by the way :) Love the snake eyes.

Since the gecko above appears to have color bands, I would assume that it isn't displaying the patternless stripe part of that mix? Seems as though you'd have to win the genetic lottery to get a true Sunglow RAPTOR, since you'd be mixing stripe/reverse stripe into super hypo lines that probably have neither of those traits... definitely a great goal to work toward though. :)

I was hoping this would turn out to Be male but so far its not really looking that way. Mom was my Best SHTCB I produced het Raptor apparently X Mack snow Raptor. So if it was male I would breed back to mom and Siblings which are sunglow and Snowglow both het Raptor.I dont want to breed it back to dad for fear of just making nice Raptors minus the sunglow look

That's nice! I have some hets as well this year, and we'll see what they turn into next year. I really like the orange blotching on the face and chin on this one.
