Discovered a Super Snow in the incubator today. It is the first SS we hatched. It probably hatched yesterday, but I forgot to check it yesterday :D . Enjoy.

Awesome little one. It's showing some lighter color and spots already too. Usually they're grey/purple and you can barely see the spots. That's pretty cool. Congrats.

Thanks all. I was surprised with how light it was as well. To be honest, the mother threw two separate one egg clutches. The first was a snow and it is very light with some pretty cool pattern as well. To the best of my knowledge it has no Hypo genes. The father is a regular Mack from Albey that I bought last July and the mother is a Super I also got from Albey early this year. I did produce some Hypo macks last year but they were from a Ghost (Hypo) mother paired with the Mack male. I'll post updates on the super and try to get some shots of the other cool Mack.

Very interresting, every SS hatchling i ever saw always came out dark, never light like that, I thought it was some type of dark Albino SS at first

I hope it stays cool like this. I would really like to have minimal spotting and hopefully it will get nice and white.

Frank,
That is a lot of pattern for just born. It should be killer looking, as it gets older.
Congrats,

Thanks Albey! After all, you produced both the parents of this guy, so I will keep y'all posted. I am psyched for sure.

First Update

Here is a new pic of the Super as well as the really nice Snow that hatched from the first clutch about a month ago. I also threw in a pic of a Sunglow that is not 2 months old yet as well. No real Carrot Tail on it, but it screams nonetheless. :)
