Superworm Beetles Very Active?

During this week I have noticed that my superworm beetles are very active. Usually they are only drinking from the carrot or hiding in the egg carton but now they are all over the place. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Could be your temps and they are all trying to achieve a more desirable temp. Could be many things though. I am no bug expert and have since stopped breeding my own worms.

Too cold and/or not enough humidity is my guess.
