Superworm pupae as food item???

My leopard gecko doesn't like superworm, but he seems to like superworm pupaes very much, so my questions are:
1: Are these pupaes good food item?
2: I'm worry about overfeed my gecko with these super large pupaes. If I feed my gecko everyday, how many pupaes should I give it?
