Superworms feeding tray?

Ive made the switch to superworms, and my geckos seem to love them. However, Im trying to avoid feeding them by hand and getting them to eat more out of a tray. So, I bought a glass ashtray and it seemed to work great. Most of the worms were gone in the morning for several days in a row. But when I went to clean the tank, I found most of them under the tiles. I bought kind of a custard dish that is much taller and no escapees that I know of. But now, the geckos can't get into it easily at all. I have a platform/driftwood that they can use to get up to the top of the dish, however once they are in the dish, the geckos have a very hard time getting out. It is to small for them to bend and reach up to the edge.

What have others found successful other than cheap glassware at walmart? I have one of those escape proof dishes for mealies, but they wouldn't see the movement, and I bet they could get out of that if they wanted to, anyways.

When I feed supers I just throw them in and the geckos just chase after them. I don't know if there is anything that can keep supers in with the geckos still being able to eat. I tried those Petco dishes, but those don't work either. Good Luck!

I just drop the worms in one at a time when I feed them. Another choice, though, which I've done with a gecko that was a very poor hunter, is to have a piece of plexiglass which you can use as a temporary partition, then to partition off a small area of the tank, put the geckos in there and drop the superworms in. They don't have to search the whole tank and it's harder for the worms to hide.

I keep ~ 6 in the dish at all times currently, and every night or 2 I get them out with tweezers. Usually they eat 4-6 big worms every 2 days like that. I just want to make sure they will/can eat if I go away for a day or 2.

What Ive noticed is that they aren't flexible enough to get into the dish and reach back out unless they kind of slide thier head on the glass and use that as leverage. Which works, I just don't think it's comfortable enough for them to want to go in there.

I already have the worm dish, but with a few carrot chunks in there its very easy for the supers to get out. Worked great for mealies, though.
