supeworms impact your leo?

Today i was told not to use supers as a staple because the hard shell can lead to impaction, but i didn't think this was true is it?

Superworms actually have less chitin (ectoskeleton) to meat ratios than mealworms.

let me tell you something every feeder for geckos has a shell so dont worry super worms are fine

I feed mine mostly superworms. I heard that geckos who eat supers usually get bigger than other geckos. And it is a healthier alternative to waxworms. They have almost as much fat, but also have protein and other nutrients.

I heard that they can chew through stomachs, but that has been confirmed as false and geckos crush their food when they eat.

My leopard gecko would just grab the superworm and keep crunching it until i see the guts come out on to the paper towel. And then swallows
