Supplementing Water?

Well, I've heard of dusting food and putting a dish of calcium in the tank, but what about supplementing the water?

Can you take a reasonable amount of calcium, and stir it into the water? Would that be as effective as the other two options?

Was just thinking of this earlier, because I hadn't seen it brought up anywhere, so I figured I'd ask.

There are calcium drops for water actually. I'm not sure if they are ok, I just know I saw them at the store last time I went :)

Ahh, that's pretty neat, but I'm talking about powder calcium; mixing it into the water.

I don't think it's necessary since they take in water a little at a time. And I'm not even sure it would dissolve completely. Dusting and the calcium should be fine.

It wouldnt be as effective as dusting because you cant ensure that they will drink it. I wouldnt recommend it. Ive only heard of putting acidophiliz+ in sick leos water to help them out.
