Supplements... which ones?

What is a good Vit A supplement?

Also I have been using the following on the meal worms.. are they ok:

Zilla: Vitamin Supplement w/Beta Carotene
Zilla: Calcium Supplement

Both are sprays..

I tried to do a search on Vitamin A and a whole bunch of threads not pertaining to Vit A came up.

I use pouder, then you can see and you can be sure that it's oke. I have never heard of spry thought.

I have used both...I prefer using the liquid..but not if it doesn't work..ya know?
