Ah- the eye issue. After freaking out and doing some serious research on my gecko's recent eye problem it may be an 'eye cap'. If you google it some can be really horrible. It's a piece of skin that doesn't clear after a shed and seems to affix itself to the eye. Instead of being able to properly clear out debris, the debris sticks to this eye cap and can start a nasty infection. I ordered terramycin which is an opthamalogic antibiotic (antibiotic eye ointment) typically used for dogs and cats but can be used for geckos too.
For my guy I flushed his eye out with sterile water 2x a day and then applied the ointment gently with a cotton swab (being careful that the fibers from the swab do not make it into his eye) After 3 days the gecko I thought had permanant eye damage has his eyes wide open, clear, and is super reactive and back to his happy self!
If you want to try something like this the ointment is like 4 bucks on amazon or e-bay jut make sure what you buy is new (they didn't sell it in stores near me). And if it doesn't improve in a week or if your gecko stops eating- seek professional help!
