Swollen shaky leo leg

Hey, everyone. I've had leopard and crested geckos for about 4 years now, as well as boas and ball pythons. Last night I noticed my largest male leopard gecko was holding one leg funny and when I took him out, I noticed the pad of his foot and his leg from the "wrist" to the "elbow" was swollen. When he started crawling around, it seemed like he was having to over rotate the leg to move it and it was a little shaky putting it down. He has a calcium dish and I refill it regularly as he empties it. Haven't noticed the worms in the cricket bins for several weeks now. Surely the white worms seen occasionally in the crickets aren't the pinworms. Help, please.

My first guess would have been MBD but that should be unlikely since he's getting plenty of Calcium. As Katelyn mentioned, stuck she around the foot or leg can cause swelling. Maybe he finally got the skin off but the swelling hasn't gone down yet. Could he have possibly twisted his foot or gotten it stuck in the tank somewhere?

Thank you all for your input, he could have twisted it maybe, I thought about the stuck shed last night and intend to soak him today anyway as his perianal pores seem, um, unused and crusty... I'll keep a close eye on him and actually dust the crix instead of allowing him to graze in the bowl for a while. Thanks again GP09
