I was thinking the same question...I bought a supplement with vitamins and calcium.
I do know you want a milk carton lid with the supplement in it for the gecko.
He will lick it when he really needs it :D

Hey I just asked around on chat.
And heard that Vitamin A can supposedly be overdosed.
But people have never heard of over supplementing, just under supplementing.
So you should be fine unless it has Vitamin A...

I've been using Calcium Plus (version you get from Repashy breeder distributors, the latest version) for just about one year and it is very good. I did ask Allen about the vitamin A content and it is appropriate for geckos. What is the important thing is the balance of the entire supplement and how the ratios of the critical ingredients to metabolize everything are done. With this version I have zero MBD in offspring, I work with lots of leos and 50+species of geckos. Calcium Plus is an all in one supplement, use just that on your insect feeders and you should be fine.

With the T-Rex ICB pet-store version it is hard to know what the product is due to normally how old stuff is in pet shops. You're much better off getting it direct from the Repashy distributors (list) :

As one myself my stock turns over almost monthly and it comes directly from Allen Repashy to me. That's freeeessssshhhh!!! :main_thumbsup:
