Speaking of extra skin, my leo has some near one of her front legs, but it doesnt seem to bother her at all. I keep a close eye on it a lot, and it doesnt go away with shedding. Is it fine for her to have it if it isn't bugging her in any way?

are you talking about skin that didn't shed? If so no you should get it off. Put her in warm water (only up over the skin affected) and let her sit in it for 20-30 minutes but watching her the whole time. There is also a product called shed aid that you can spray on the skin and it will help it come off. If you leave it it can end up constricting the area and your leo could lose her leg.
