Taxes and Filing when Breeding

Can’t seem to find the thread that I saw a while back, so I’m going to ask again… do you guys list yourself on your taxes as DBA (“doing business as”) or what? What is the benefit of the different methods of listing your hobby, and what is the best way to list it on your taxes?

My taxes get filed as my business and income (Schedule SE) when my husband and I file our joint return by April 15 each year.
