Tell me if boy or girl? (Not gecko)

Okay. So I am wondering if my green anole is male or feemale. I saw it today with a dewlap and nodding head but I've had people say that females have tthose too? But here's a pic. I'm sorry for the wrong place but I know you guys are knowlegable and can give me a fast response.

Male I'd say. But the picture isnt the greatest

I was thinking that too. It shows its dewlap and nods all the time. I would try to get a better pic but I've heard not to handle them and they are quick.

If its doing it all the time I would say male.
I know females can do that behaviour as well, but not ALL the time.

He does It usually 1 or 2 times a day. Usually when I'm laying on my bed aand nodding my foot. He sees it and does it back. Haha.
