temp spike

my room heater wouldnt shut off.Inside incubator it jumped to 88.Had it set for 82.Im assuming the 24 hr spike of 6 deg shouldnt cause a proble correct ??

I think it depends on where the eggs are in the incubation process. Hopefully there will be no ill effects. You may want to document now how far along each egg was when it happened. If there are any negative outcomes it could be valuable data.
