The warm side of the tank (directly over the UTH) should always be between 89-94 F. 95 is a bit on the warm side, but I wouldn't be overly worried about it as long as it isn't constantly 95. You may have hot spots over the UTH, which is to be expected. If the hot spots are 98 or above, then you need to worry as it can cause burns on your leos.

The cool side should be between 75-80 IMO, although I have seen quite a few people who keep the cool side closer to 83-85. Usually, if you keep the warm side of the tank at the proper temps then the cool side works itself out.

As for humidity, leos need very low humidity. 40% or under is ideal, although alot of people have humidity around 50% because of where they live and it causes no problems. Anything above 60% and you're running the risk of respiratory infections. Just make sure your leos have a humid hide and a water dish and you should be just fine. :main_thumbsup:

Usually high humidity is the result of either:

spraying the tank
having the water dish on the warm side of the tank (it should always be on the cool side)
having a large water dish

Or it could just be a result of where you live. If this is the case, then there really isn't too much you can do about it. Just keep an eye on your leos to make sure they don't develop the signs of a respiratory infection (labored breathing, an audible clicking sound with every breath, mucus draining from the nose or mouth). Usually humidity doesn't seem to pose too much of a threat. If you're really worried about it, and it seems to be a problem for your geckos then you could always look into a room dehumidifier, but I doubt you'll really need one.
