The cost of stress and a humbling eye-opener.

I had a stress test done a few months ago, it took all of....maybe....3 hours from start to finish, that includes me filling out the paperwork, etc. The actual test probably took 30+ minutes.

Paul, the stress test can show a lot about how your heart functions under physical exsertion, and in many cases can identify problems that would otherwise be invisible with a EKG/ECG. Just because you haven't had a heart-attack while riding your bike (yet), doesn't mean you shouldn't have the test done... lol!
