I tried the light box with just my external SB600 flash.

Those are great shots. I love the colors on Svetlana. I love the smiles on Crackity Jones and Ummagumma. You do very well with your animals and your pictures.

If you could get an SB600 external flash unit for your D200, a lumiquest soft box attachment to place on your flash, make a light box like this one:
http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=41376&page=3
(minus the lamps and bulbs because your SB600 will be enough for that)
then you can get shots like these.
oh, put your ISO on 800.

I read that on the pangea board -then you just have an drag gargoyle, no shame in that

Just get a pretty gargoyle like Svetlana and your husband will fall in love.
Svetlana is my husband's favorite (he loves all of them, but I think Svetlana is his favorite).
