I use those for mealworms. I wouldn't belive they would work very well as a rack for leos; as the top of the bins have a pretty big opening that they could escape out of.

I had used one temporarily awhile back and I had a juvie escape two nights in a row~
I now use them for mealworms as well. :3

I taped a heating pad underneath one side when I used to use those and it kept falling down on the leo underneath. So obviously I don't use those anymore.
