My other question is how long should I keep them together? I had them together for about 30 minutes. Thanks Jenn

Everyone does it different Jenn. If I see visual copulation, I will remove the male. Reintroduction is up to you. Some never do, some do a few days later, some do after a few clutches :) Good luck! And Congrats!

Okay like I said before I'm new to the breeding thing:D and I still have a few Questions:
#1~ My female was with the male yesterday and I was wanting to know when she might have her eggs?
#2~ What should I use in the Lay box for substrate?
#3~ What side of the tank should the lay box be on (Cold, Hot, or in between)?
#4~ What substrate should I use in the incubator?
#5~ Could you tell me where to get the substrate?

Thanks in advance, Jenn

I'll bite this time...I can't sleep anyway...

1. If copulation was sucessful, anywhere from 2-5 weeks (+ or - a week)

2. I use sphagnum moss...my geckos like it & it's cheap at any gardening store

3. I use the warm side...I think most others do as well, they tend to be more comfortable (wouldn't you :p)

4. Again, I use Perlite, as do many others on this forum. You can also use Vermiculite, or HatchRite, which is basically pre-moistened Perlite. As a beginner, you're prob. better off with the Perlite.

5. Both substrates (Sphagnum moss & Perlite) can be found at...can I say the name of the store? The Depot that is for the Home carries everything you need ;)
