Timberline undercount

It seems like I go through my mealworms quicker than I should be. Tonight we bought a 500 count of large from Timberline at the local pet shop. I counted them out and there were 348. I included anything that moved, even the little guys. Not many dead in there either. Anyone else come across this? Seems like there should be an over count if anything. Count bring 150 off adds up.

I buy from ++++++++ at the moment, so I've never had this problem with armstrong or bug co. Maybe switch to buying mealworms there?

On the cups they say they measure by weight, not physical count. Bigger worms add up quicker.
