This is a little girl that we rescued months ago.. It's tail is growing back nicely now and it is still pretty small compared to others her age (She is 15g, our others his age have 10g+ on top of her) So I suspect a slow grower. (Edit, thinking about it, I'd more suspect it is due to the regrown tail, since her body size is the same as the others, lol)

Anyways, my question is: What is with the tiny little eyes? I've never seen a leo with such small eyes...

Looks like it could be a genetic flaw...maybe the fact that he's small in body structure has something to do with it...

So he rides the short bus...no big deal! :main_laugh: :)

It could be genetic or it could be incubation issue. Either way, I would think twice about breeding it. Cool looking gecko though.

She's our dwarf :p

We have no plans to breed her as of now, mostly because we know nothing of the history of her (Picked her up on craigslist). She is my girlfriends pet. She does seem to be a bit nearsighted though. She's a super good eater though (You just have to put the worm within 2-3 inches of her face and she's all over it). She's also a bit stupid... as soon as we walk over to the rack, she will wiggle her tail and dart head on into the front of her tub smacking her nose against the plastic.

She has grown a lot since I have seen her. Even if it isn't I would treat it as a genetic flaw since you do not know her history. I would not breed her but she sure is cute :)

It's hard to see from these pics how small her eyes really are as well. Christina has seen her in person...but for the rest of you, imagine eyeballs smaller than the diameter of a headphone jack.. Somewhere between that and a ball point pen tip.
