Tips for Selling Leos Locally

Hi guys! I'm thinking about selling some of my geckos locally and was wondering if anyone could let me know of any legal hiccups that may occur. Do I have to get a license of some sort in order to sell a few? As a hobbyist selling to another hobbyist, are there any other legalities I need to worry about? Thanks for any input.

Well this is just my two cents. A guy sells to the local pet store, and he don't have any licences to sell. He just sells 'em. Just my two cents.

i sell most of my normal morphs you see albino,high yellow,blizzard,tangerine to my local pet store but im good friends with the reptile guy and ive sold other reptiles to pet stores that needed the a certain type and the never ask for a licence to sell
