This is Toby, one of my holdbacks from '08 (born 8/26/08). She is extremely friendly, loves to be held, comes to the side of the cage often when she sees me. I kept her because she was so cute and friendly I couldn't resist her. She is not a great eater and needs to be hand-fed superworms or crickets which she eats every few days. At 15 months she is at a high of 44 grams and consequently should probably be "pet only" unless she has a growth spurt during the next year.
I have almost never parted with a gecko that I planned to keep and named, but I feel that Toby isn't getting enough of my time since I have so many other geckos. She isn't suffering because of that (she's a gecko, for heaven's sake), but I know she'd give someone who wants a responsive pet a lot more pleasure.
Toby is $60 plus shipping. I am driving to NJ on 11/13 and am willing to deliver or have someone meet me if you want to save postage (coming down the pike to exit 8a)
