:help: I was holding my baby gecko and I noticed that her toes were flexible and I was wondering if this is normal or if I should be worried about the amount of calcium she is getting.
Totally normal. Yesterday I had a little one walking around with it's knee bent in the opposite direction. Scary looking but I just gently bent it back and it was fine. Baby leos are very flexible!
Haha. I took pics of one of my littler ones the other day and about freaked out when I looked at the pic! It looked like she was missing a front toe (front left foot) and had a broken back toe (back right foot). I'm thinking, "How in the heck did I miss something like THAT!" They were just tucked around at weird angles. LOL Silly little 'bendy' girl! Here's the pic:
