Too late to breed?

I have noticed that my (virgin) female Super snow may be ovulating. She's around 10 months old and 48g. If she is ovulating, would it be ok to pair her with a male even though it's late in the season? Or would I risk not being able to get her back in shape by next season?

What are your thought?

If she really is ovulating, breed her now! She'll just start breeding at a different time than your other projects. The only time of year I don't have any eggs in the incubator is November/December/January. In my experience, some females (depending on when they first began ovulating) have cycles that don't conform to the normal/natural (spring time) breeding season.
