Tooth-like growth?

Hi, I'm kinda worried about my male bell albino. He seems to have these two tooth-like growths sticking out of the side of his mouth. They look hard, like sand or small rocks, and where they're sticking out, that portion of his upper jaw is swollen. It isn't big and it isn't hindering his ability to eat or anything, but I'm wondering if it's an infection perhaps? I got him, as well as a bell albino female, in early January. I can't remember seeing it then, but I do know that it has been there for a while. Would anybody know what this is?

He's being kept on paper towel, and only temporarily housed with females during breeding.

I'll post up a pic in a sec.

It's likely that it's an infection. I'm not a vet, but just having finished a month of antibiotics for 3 of my geckos I can tell you that a mouth infection can occur because of a tiny cut they got from somewhere or possibly from a respiratory infection where the nose becomes blocked, they start mouth breathing and end up with a mouth sore. He really needs to go to the vet to get diagnosed and if necessarily an antibiotic.
