Trader Rating

How do I give a trader rating. He has already given me one do I just reply? Please help.

Go to the number by the trader rating and click it and then under member profile it says submit feed back, hope that helps

The Private message I received about the trader rating is asking for a reply if I reply where does it go? I am so confused.
