Im having a little trouble transferring the baby mealworms out of their gutload/bedding. They are to small and I find it hard to get them out without keeping the entire bedding. Any advice, tricks, tips?

I use a strainer. When the mealworms look as if they're getting big enough, I pour the gutload in the strainer and strain it into an empty container. The mealworms that are big enough to be eaten stay in the strainer and the ones that are still too small fall through the holes. I have one big container with mealworms that are the right size to eat and lots of small containers with mealworms that are too small. Every week or so I check and strain the containers where the mealworms are getting bigger.

When my adults lay eggs, I only put about a 1/4 of substrate for laying. I allow the babies to live in that for a while and eat all the food so it becomes all silt and casing. I then run them through a SUPER SMALL screen.
