I have seen many sunglows but I was curious what genetics are in a temper snowglow? I saw one of these and it was a very beautiful animal and I became very interested in what it takes to produce one.

Takes a Tremper Abino crossed to a SHTCTB to get double hets. Then the double hets are breed together to get sunglows. The color is a selectively breed trait. The more colorful the Leo's you start with the better the chance of the offspring showing the colors.

no a snowglow is a mack snow sunglow so you have to combine the sunglow genes with the mack snow gene

Thanks for the reply. But what makes a Snowglow not a sunglow? or are they just the same thing just a different name?

Sorry Didn't read close enough. SnowGlow is Mack Snow Sunglow.

So basicly, I have to breed a Sunglow to a Mack snow and then breed the off spring together to get the snowglow?
Thanks for all the answers.
