These 2 are from my redstripeXrainwater albino pair. Do they look to be red stripes? thanks.

I have had some trouble deciding when my hatchlings are stripes and when they are redstripes. I have a patternless red stripe male and 2 females: one is from redstripe lines, but I wouldn't call her that and other is her daughter by a tremper albino who had much more red in her when she was young and now just has an orange cast around the dark stripes. Maybe I'd call her a redstripe. I don't have pictures of the babies, but one was clearly a PRS and was the orangest baby I've produced. I think it's a judgement call. Yours could change significantly in the next few weeks and you'll have to wait and see.

From what i understand to determine a red stripe and how good the striping will be could take upwards to a month possibly more. That's info that i obtained reading quite a bit off of breeders pages that have red stripes as well as other misc areas off of the net.

looks like it will be a beautiful gecko none the less.

I have hatched some "red stripes" ( outcross) and at first I couldn't tell, but in about 2 weeks you get to see the nice orange filling in.
