Uh oh...I think we have a male

So the female I was supposed to have, and was watching for awhile just showed some behavior that makes me almost 100% sure "she" is a male. I put her in with my other female to introduce them and she starting vibrating her tail rapidly, which signifies a male wanting to mate iirc?
Am I correct?

If it was the typical tail rattling, then yes, it's a male! If it was more like a tail swaying, she might be an aggressive female trying to dominate the other. Look under the tail, maybe you can see signs of manhood there? :main_yes:

I know the usual tail swaying, the other female(who is most definitely female) was doing that, while the one is question was acting like a rattlesnake.
"She" has small bulges and I can see pores, but they aren't nearly as prominent as my males.

I have females that will swish their tail really fast when upset. Not a vibration like a male but very fast back and forth.

Bottom one is a male vibrating his tail. Top one is a female that is upset swishing her tail very quickly.

Like I said, it was a rapid vibration, not a tail wave. Tail waving is elegant, the vibration just scared the shit out of me lmao.
