Undigested mealworm?

My leopard gecko has been barely eating. However, yesterday, he had around 12 mealworms!

Today, though, I noticed there was a undigested mealworm in his cage. It was still alive! What could this possibly mean? Did he probably have trouble digesting all this food? Should I not give him so much at once?

Is it possible he didnt eat it, and it just escaped from a dish?

The mealworm had a white urate attached to it.

I saw a live mealworm on top of my leo's poop one time and freaked out! But it had just gotten away and was eating at the poop. I SERISOULY doubt a mealworm made it all the way through the digestive system alive!

It was barely alive. I'm just worried that is was still alive.. anyways, should I just not feed him so much at once or just continue feeding him as much as he wants?

it could be possible he ate too much and threw up the half eaten meal worms. we would have needed a picture to be sure.

whats your heating method and temps?

I should of taken a picture. I was so grossed out I threw it away. I am using a U.T.H. The warm side is 95 degrees and the cool side is 75 degrees.

I doubt he wont only regurg one and not all.

well temps are fine, im hoping he just had an off day. keep an eye on him and take to the vets if it happens again.
