I got this leo from someone that I've been communicating with from craigslist who originally asked a question about gravid leos. He offered this leo to me for sale (I paid him $50) the night I came back from the Manchester show after selling all my '09's but one. She is supposed to be a snow blizzard and may be gravid by a jungle. The picture is the one he sent me when we were doing the deal since I haven't had time to take one of my own. She looks small in this picture and I was worried that she was too small for breeding, but she's actually bigger than she looks and weighed in at 50 grams. She's supposed to be 1.5-2 years old. So far she is eating like a champ and is pretty calm. I've never owned a blizzard before. She looks to be in the early stages of being gravid, but if she hasn't laid by the end of her quarantine, she's going to go with my normal male to make some speckled geckos.
I have no idea if she is really a snow, though will eventually prove her out. I will not be making any blizzards since she is my only one, but I was wondering how to visually distinguish a blizzard from a snow blizzard at hatching:
Aliza
Her name is Ginger, by the way.
