Hello,

Weeks ago i took out a pinky and after it was unfrozen i offered it to my female but she wasn't interested.

Was pissed off so i thought i'll just put it back in the freezer. Can i offer it to the gecko once unfrozen again or unsafe?

Thanks.

Yeah. One reason is that it can loose it's nutrients. Another is that it can start to grow bacteria or what not the first time it was thawed. It's the same concept as like beef and chicken for people.

Depends on how it is thawed.
I would think this would be important - and how long it was left thawed. Food is safe at room temperature for up to 4 hours, so if it was thawed and then refrozen quickly, it should be fine. It might have lost some nutrients, but if you're feeding to a leo as an occasional thing and not part of the staple diet (like with snakes), it shouldn't make much difference anyway.

Pinkys are like $1.
I wouldnt risk it the possible bacterial growth and buy a new one.
