So the last clutch hatched today!!! This two little ones have very dark legs... And a couple of pics of the rest of the hatchlings all together!!

And then a pic of Twigg climbing around in her viv!

So whats up with the new hatchlings dark legs?? Do you think they will lighten?

You did a great job for your first season!!!!
Thanks Dennis! I have to say I am very proud of my first season of breeding!! My female weighs more now then before mating, and all healthy bebe's!!! I couldn't have done this without the help of all of you guys on GF!!!! This has been thee most interesting process...I LOVE IT!

Yes they are ridiculously cute! Congrats on many healthy kiddos.
Thanks so much!!! Its a bundle of Gecks!!!
kewl gex!
i'm pretty sure the ones i've hatched with dark legs have kept them
I read in The herp book Ron Tremper is in that the dark on the legs is less preferred...poor coloring. Is this true? I kinda like it!

Coloring is a matter of taste. Some people love spots, some love the superhypo look. I'm sure you'll find someone who really likes the darker look.

Agreed..LOL but I think I might agree!

Yeah.

people that this is gonna be there first leo. they seem to like the spots more than the hypo
I think the thing is with this is a normal is more affordable to most people, and I also have to agree because as much as I LOVE my Bonnie's super hypo I do like the fact that she has pattern to her head.

Its interesting..cause look at Twigg...between her lavender and pattern she is gorgeous!! And she started out with very dark lines on her hind legs.

Like someone else mentioned, it all depends on the person's personal taste. Some people will go for them, some people won't. Win some, loose some. Either way they are awsome looking. ;)

Melissa smokin' hatchlings!

Thanks Eric!! Last two that just hatched one is gonna be a tang! And the other High yellow but his legs are sooo dark I can't wait to see how those turn out!!

congrats on your new babies! how many of them screamed at you when you got them out of their cups? ;)

Every single hatchling has screamed at me except Twigg!!!! :p The first time I finally heard them scream I though it was my misting bottle sucking air back in..I was misting the tub..you know that sound that something makes when its sucking air through small hole...but nope it was the little wigglers in the tub!!! :p

This weekend is going to be the first of the hatchlings leaving for their new home!!! Sad but atleast I know the family so I know they are well cared for! And now that I know what a 15Gram Bebe looks like I am DISGUSTED at the size of the babies that petco and petsmart sell!!!! They must be only 1 week old!!!!!!!:main_angry::main_no::main_angry:
