Update on Iggy, Also Question

Well if you guys had remember my post about my leopard gecko Iggy. You can go search it in the search button. He use to had that tiny 10 gallon tank, but I updated it to a 20 long . 1st I have a question below. When I first got him he didn't have this black "thing" in his mouth. I don't think its affecting him because he eats fine, sleeps and exercises when I take him out. What I expect is that it is some dried out mealworm juice. Maybe you guys can tell me what you think it is. Well now on with my tank.

Nice pics, in regards to the black thing in the mouth I would take it to an expert in your area and see what he says. It would be hard to give you any good answers from a picture. Is it on the inside of his mouth too? If so you need to get a good pic of the inside of his mouth also.
