Well I was talking to a few people in Daytona about this animal. I must say it is definitely surpassing my expectations and I feel very lucky that nobody bought him.

Yes, I ate his foot... no really it's just hidden in the spagnum.

Really a beautiful purchase!........
Still rather new to the breeding and generics with these critters.
Have 2 questions if you don't mind.
Wondered what the eye color was? And what exactly does the
enigma bring to the mix? Again very nice. I like!
take care. HJ

I produced him from enigma het tremper X raptor(or was that snake eyed hybino.. hmmmmm, where are those records again :main_rolleyes: )

The eyes on a tremper enigma are orange in color, but vary in the hue alittle from animal to animal.

I think the part about enigmas that I like is the way my breeder (and other's breeders for that matter) seem to intensify and enhance the tangerine of the parents in many cases. I am working on trying to get color back into the tail, as enigmas typically have white tails. The enigma trait so to speak typically doesn't transfer patterning, but many are line breeding patterning into enigmas and that should be a trait we nolonger see after a few years IMHO.

Well, I will eat my geckos before selling too cheap. This one almost got eaten:main_laugh:

But really, I never imagined I could hatch an animal such as this in one generation, though I did at a few points zealously claim I should be able to. I am still floored by many a gecko I find to be far superior to him, but am definately not complaining about the luck I am having.

I truely hope everyone reaches their goal, as this was one of mine. It does indeed feel good to cross the finish line, even if it's in the middle of the pack in my case.

Hey, thanks for the information. So he was one of your offspring. Wow, I'm surprised he wasn't snapped up at the show. The bucks on him would be about ??.......and would he have orange eyes then. The photo appears red or orange.......Your info tells me why Mack Snow enigmas sometimes look so unappealing.....and I love the snows. Maybe just never seen one that hits the taste buds.......My appreciation for your answers. Take care. HJ
