urgent help needed

heyy my names courtney and i have two leopard geckos a male amd a female the female has had a few problems with shedding on face and feet as she cannot open her eyes and her feet are turning black we have tried bathing her and dabbing her with damp cotton wool , putting a damp containing damp moss in the viv and alsorts i am afraid i may loose her if i dont do something big and fast please if you have any suggestions please do not hasitate to answer back i am open for ideas ? please HELP !!!!!!!! :anxious:

I'm sure you know this, but do not ever rip the skin off personally, this is putting the scales under at risk. I've had LOTS of problems with my crested gecko, i went out and purchased this spray (THAT DOES NOT EFFECT THE EYES) and it works perfectly.

I put him in a small tupperwear container, deep enough he cant climb out, and fill it with 1/8 inch of water (luke warm 72-85F) and spray him with the shedding aide. Wait 300Seconds.
