URGENT!! I have a dying baby gecko, I need your suggestions

Hi there, I have a little gecko, I just found him a little while ago in the stairwell in my house. He's just a baby common house gecko that you see running around, He seems to have multiple abrasions, and he can't move anything except his head. He keeps trying to open his mouth. I gave him a little water, and I'm keeping him warm. I need your suggestions on what to do, I don't know what he did that has gotten him this injured.

Keep him warm, try to give him water and don't expect too much.

Agree with acpart, if you want to try feeding it you could try mixing up a bug slurry and drip feed it to him/her. poor little thing
