urgent i may have caused injury

i have a water bowl in my leos tank that had a crack in it releasing the water so i fixed it with loctite instant adhesive let it dry then filled it up but can that be harmful even in the dry stages

aslong as it was completely dry before using it again I wouldnt think it would cause any harm.
