Hi there. Names Michelle, have introduced myself in the intro section.

Have a question about one of my Bell Albino hatchlings.

Was incubated at 31 degrees celcius / 87.8 F. Hatched after 39 days so I am assuming that its male. He came out very light. Mostly white and pink with just a touch of yellow on 2 of the bands at the back. Was curious if anyone else has had a light Bells hatchling like this and if they have pics of it as an adult. Would like to know what it might look like.
Here's the pic.

The female could possibly be a Snow Bell which could explain the hatchlings color. Either that or she is in shed in the pic, if she is then I'm not sure.

Thanks for the quick reply. She was not in shed at the time of this pics but she isn't the mother. Posted wrong pic, sorry:eek: She is the mother of the brighter hatchlings though!

Michelle - Those are nice looking Bells! I've worked for a while with a line of bells I'm calling "lavender" bells...basically they have reduced banding and a pronounced lavender background. The hatchlings generally look a lot like the light hatchling you posted. It's my opinion that the Bell albino characteristics allow for a lot of lavender coloration under the right conditions (for me it's a line bred project). The lavenders from my line usually fade even a bit more into adulthood and are basically a very light cream or lemon color on a lavender blue background. Here are a few pictures that may help also:

Here's a lavender bell next to a tangerine tremper jungle albino:

And a juvenile lavender bell next to a lavender ghost bell:
