But anyone here in Florida know where the jobs are?!!!! I'm going nuts over here trying to land something. I don't care where it is! I am ready and willing to pack up and go anywhere in an instant.

I hear ya, Anthony. I was very lucky to be able to transfer stores when I moved down here from NJ. It's a nightmare though.

It is a nightmare. Ive never had this much of an issue getting a job. Everyone I talk to is telling me they have hundreds if not thousands of applicants. I have a buddy that works at piper airplane here in Vero and He's telling me things arent looking to good there and they had said they can't go under making 100 planes a year or they will close. Last week he told me they lost 11 orders dropping down to 94. If that place shuts down things are going to get even worse then they are here. Me and the girlfriend are talking about trying for palm bay/melbourne area and others counties up that way. ::crossing fingers::

Ok, well I jus got back from Branden/Tampa. I woke up this morning and my girlfriend told me about some Cruise line vacation phone job over there so I got my stuff together and hauled butt. 2 1/2 hour drive. I got the job. Seems a bit sketchy though. I hope it's not b.s. I don't want to move clear across florida and end up getting screwed. Im gonna keep looking in the tampa area for jobs and hopefully line a 2nd posible job up just in case. As of right now though I will be getting things ready for a move. ::crosses fingers::
I couldn't find a job here in Phoenix either after I got laid off. Plus with only one car between my boyfriend and I, I had very few options. That is why I work from home now. You can check out my websites if you that is something you might be interested in doing. They are in my sig.

ok well I had another interview today and I got that job as well. This one is in the Orlando ( longwood,fl ) area. This one isn't sketchy and looks like it can be a good opportunity for me. Now the fun part of finding an apartment starts. I have until next tues ( 6/23 ) to get in one and get atleast a few things moved. Hopefully this place works out. Apartments up there are freakin EXPENSIVE! but nice.
