OMG, that is horrible! I honestly can't believe someone sold them like that. I know you didn't want to post on Fauna anymore, but I am glad you did, for the Geckos sake.

7 leos in a 10 gal. tank? You have got to be kidding me...

There are some people who should not be allowed to own pets. He is one of them. I understand that he's trying to get them help, but if he knew anything about leopard geckos before buying them on a whim (and not just one..MANY) he wouldn't be as deep into the situation that he is now.

That's the guy that's feeding them fish...... uuuggggghhhhh. It took evey inch of my angel side not to ream him after seeing that pic. I'm thinking that they are like that due to his care, and he didn't buy them like that.

WOW! I second that Paul. I showed Eric the picture saying "look at this lizard" ... he didn't recognise that it was a leo. Poor thing, I've NEVER seen a leo so thin!

Don't worry about them all being in a ten together guys! It's only temporary, until some random guy gives him the 40 gal he's been waiting on.....so he can then keep them together. He had the nerve to say that it's better for them to be in the ten then in with his adults where they'll get eaten. I agree with Felicia. Let's stuff him in the tank.

I third the notion to shove him in the tank. "Yes, I can look at the poop under a microscope and see the parasites. No problem!" How about we all just take away his geckos? Isn't there some kind of animal cruelty thing someone can do about that?

Ok, I'm changing his tank to a 2gal. Well as sad as it is to say at least the little guy/gal is not suffering anymore, and is now safely in Gods hands. But now I worry about the others he has crammed in that 10 gal.

I also now know why he stared the other thread about what deceases leos can have, he was trying to figure out what to do with this one.

I just want to scream right now. If he had done his research he would never ever had housed that many leos in a 10 gal and that poor thing may have had a chance. But if he was feeding it fish, a different outcome man not have been anyways. And he wonders why we all came down on him to begin with.

I´t makes me so sad :(
I can understand people that take care of sick animals and tries to get them healthy again...I did that very much in my younger days.
But this...there is not enough words!
And the small healthy looking Leos that has been together with the sick one...oh, my...
And what about the snow he is talking about? Is it nearly in the same bad condition?

I can´t do much about it from Denmark, but if I had him here... :main_angry:

OMG and now I notices that he couldn't pass up the great deal on the number of geckos he got? Please! I don't care how good a deal, if I didn't have the room to house them correctly, I wouldn't have bought them as I know we all wouldn't have. GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
