where do you get vitamins for your lizard and how do you feed the them?

If your local pet store sells reptile stuff then you can get the vitamin dust from them. You can then dust your crickets or whatever with it just like you would with the calcium dust. As for how often that's your preference. Some mix a little in with the calcium every feeding, and some only give their geckos a monthly dosage. Make sure it contains vitamin D3 though. That's important for properly metabolizing calcium.
