I really do like the looks and effects of the W&Y genetics. I wish they were more prevalent in the United States but it will take a few more years. I am starting to see them in some breeders colonies but they are rare here.

In all honesty the W/Y pretty much needs to be stripped down and re built. The base of this morph you are seeing state side for the majority has tremper in it or is poss het tremper/raptor.

So until we can remove all that out of it and able to move some pattern on it, it won't be a hot ticket item yet. But I have faith in Jeff to really get this cookin.

I definitely agree with you on that one for the ones that are in the US. I guess that's what you have to deal with when they are just getting imported.

You could almost say that for every single morph out there today. There's not too many out there that don't have any hets. The major reason they are is to single out one gene to place with another.

Tremper Albino W&Ys did not pop up until two years ago- at least to my knowledge. The ones that had been available from eastern europe the last years had been purely line bred for more than a decade. If most of the W&Ys are poss het tremper/raptor available in the states it just depends on what animals had been chosen by the US breeders who imported them.
I can`t wait to see what JMG will produce with these this year. The animal they have on their web-page is quite promising!
