my leos are so insistent on getting outta their cage! they climb as high as they can and *reeeeeach!* for the screen top...any ideas on why or a "fix"?

possibly...but they do it together like a team and the male when shes asleep...they have separate hide boxes and is a 20 gal so shouldnt they be able to separate from each other on their own?If you are housing them together, they will do that.
If you put them in seperate tanks, they will stop (or not do it as much).
This is my experience anyway.
I think it has something to do with stress due to the other animal being
in there.
I still don't know why she does it - perhaps some genetically programmed "toe-pad envy" from their sticky-footed cousins?![]()
