Breeding?....Really?

hi all,
I want to start breeding i watched some vido clips on youtube and got a ruff idea of breeding i only have 1 gecko that i going to sex when i back from hoilday and i am getting one of the opsite sex when i have found one i got a few question on it?
do you need an incobaiter?
if a gecko is missing a toe will it affect breeding?
i dont know how old my gecko is shall i breed this season i think he is about 8 month old and weigh 24 grams?
how long does it take to hatch an egg?

For the last three years I have been reading books, watching videos, talking to breeders and reading the forums and I am still not convinced I can breed Gecko's! I have four Leos (3 females & 1 male) and would not attempt to breed till I know a lot more
This is not a task to take lightly and I suggest you take your time and do your homework!
By the way do you have the money that it takes to breed and care for the Gecko's?
I have spent $hundreds$ in the last couple of years and I am not a breeder!
