Water Based Polyurethane ?

Good as a sealer? Directions say minimum of 3 coats.

"Delta Ceramcoat: Gloss- Exterior/Interior Varnish, Super-Tough Polyurethane. Protect! Water Based"

yes that is fine BUT you must let it dry between each coat AND let it air out. even though it is water based it still have uber fumes!

Thanks, Robin. I sealed a foam rock covered in grout with it. Between each coat was a good 20 minute dry time, since the last coat it's been about 4 days. I plan on letting it sit another week!
